Every package has its own cancellation terms. Refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, and charges depend on the package you book. Please review the terms listed on your package page before booking.

How to cancel

To cancel a booking, contact us in writing with your booking details:

Your cancellation is counted from the date and time we receive your request.

Refunds

• Refund eligibility and amount depend on your package terms and the timing of your request.
• Cancellation charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

If we cancel

If Anugraha Yatra cancels your trip, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that package.

Things outside our control

Charges already paid to third parties (airlines, hotels, transport, permits) may be non-refundable. Where this applies, it will be stated in your package terms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The terms that applied will apply to your booking.
