Deposit:

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

This deposit must be paid within 10 days of booking confirmation to secure your spot.

 Balance Payment:

The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.

Late Payment:

Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result  in the cancellation of the booking with no refund of the deposit.

Payment Methods:

Accepted: Bank transfer, credit card (may incur extra fees), or cash.

Currency:

Prices quoted in INR or USD. Payment must be made in the quoted currency unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by Customer:

60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee

30–59 days before departure: 50% refund

15–29 days before departure: 25% refund

14 days or less: No refund

 Cancellation by Tour Operator:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings), we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Customers will receive a full refund or can rebook for a future date.

Non-refundable Components:

Some services (like flights, visas, hotel bookings) may be non-refundable once confirmed. You will be informed in advance.

Changes in Itinerary:

Customer-requested changes after the tour starts are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Special Remark:

If a customer cancels their journey within 15 days before the departure date, the advance amount is non-refundable but may be carried forward to the next batch or any other tour package (valid for 1 year).
